KB Fastpitch is built on a foundation of dedication, loyalty, teamwork, honesty, sportsmanship, and family. These values guide everything we do, from how we train to how we compete and support one another.

As a Positive Coaching Alliance organization, our coaches are committed to developing not only skilled athletes, but confident, respectful, and resilient individuals.

Through consistent practice, hard work, and a supportive team environment, we strive to help every player grow and pursue their goals, both on and off the field.

KB Fastpitch commits to providing, at a minimum:

Preparation for success in high school softball and beyond

Access to professional coaching in mental training, hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, and conditioning

Year-round access to appropriate indoor training facilities

Seasonal access to quality outdoor fields

Background checks for all coaches and applicable volunteers

Signed Codes of Conduct for players and parents

Clear expectations for behavior at games, practices, tournaments, and online

KB Fastpitch is committed to continuous improvement in the following areas:

Training and development of volunteer coaches
Developing athletes at multiple positions
Defensive rotation to build versatility
Batting the lineup when allowed to promote development
Increasing opportunities for female coaches and leaders

KB Fastpitch coaches are expected to:

Actively apply Positive Coaching Alliance principles
Recruit and sustain players and families aligned with KB values
Develop all players across multiple positions
Prioritize player health and personal development over winning
Focus on long-term team and athlete development rather than short-term results
Demonstrate the ability to compete successfully at appropriate levels
Support multi-sport participation and Little League involvement
Maintain high levels of team, coach, and roster stability year over year

The Hive

At the start of the 2024–2025 season, KB Fastpitch proudly moved into a fully dedicated training facility, designed to support year-round development and provide our athletes with a true home for growth.

Located at 21828 87th Ave SE, Woodinville, WA, our 5,900 square foot space is built with performance and versatility in mind. The facility features four full batting cages, strength and conditioning equipment, and pitching machines, creating a comprehensive training environment for all aspects of the game.

The entire workout area is finished with full outdoor turf, allowing athletes to safely practice sliding, diving, and game speed drills indoors, no matter the season or weather.

This space reflects our commitment to providing a high quality, athlete-focused environment where players can train, compete, and continue developing at every level.
