Volunteers Wanted!

We have several board and member-at-large positions open for the 2025–2026 season.

Our most urgent need is for a KB Field Scheduler. This role is essential to ensuring our teams have fields for practices and scrimmages. The Field Scheduler will:

• Coordinate with local parks departments according to their timelines

• Secure field reservations

• Distribute field assignments to teams

The position requires strong organization skills, clear communication with both managers and parks staff, and about 5 hours per month (some months may be more or less).

Brown Bear Car Wash

We are kicking off an all KB Brown Bear Car Wash fundraiser. Each team manager will give all players on his/her team a set of 10 car wash tickets. Players should sell each ticket for $12 and collect funds by October 1, 2025. On October 1, all families will see an invoice in TeamSnap for $120 that they should pay using the proceeds from selling the car wash tickets. 

If a player would like to sell more than 10 tickets, please contact president@kbfastpitch.org.

This fundraiser will be our main all organization fundraiser for the season and all funds will be used to directly impact KB players and teams (facility upgrades, scholarships, and all org events). We aim for 100% participation.

Parent Night

Thank you to everyone who attended Parent Night!
We’re excited for the year ahead and truly appreciate your support as we kick things off. This season will be full of opportunities for our players to grow, learn, and have fun together.

If you have any questions or need clarification throughout the season, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your team manager, parent rep, or any board member. We’re here to help make this a great experience for both players and families.

Also, thank you to @gabitoney @gracietoneysoftball2024 @annaliese.hauck @shannon.tier for your personal perspectives and advice for our current 14u and 16u players! We can't wait to see where everyone's journeys will take them!
