'06 KB 16u - Painter

KB 16uA finished strong in 2021/2022 with a record of 32-22-4, playing both locally and in 6 college exposure/showcase tournaments finishing top 10 in 4 tourneys and competing in the Gold bracket at the Triple Crown World Series. The ladies have battled against some nationally recognized programs out of state finishing 18-12-3 in the National college exposure tournaments. We are returning a core group of 4A Kingoc league honorees.

There is a wide array of interests on the team outside of softball including multi-sport athletes, honors society participants, curlers, skiers, gym rats and more but despite the wide array of interests outside of softball the team chat is always popping. That connection is a huge part of their success over the years and will lead to even more success in the future.

KB 14U Silver takes second place at the USA Flame Invite! These girls battled hard for two days to make it to the championship game. Lots of team spirit, team work and tons of fun propelled these girls to dig in and work hard against some great competition. What a way to start off the 2019-20 season. Fantastic job ladies!

KB 14U Silver takes third place overall at the USSSA Ghost and Goblins! These ladies played through some harsh conditions this weekend. The bitter cold and constant rain did not stop them from putting in an incredible team effort to place 3rd out of 36 teams in this open tournament. Their team spirit was off the charts! The Alice in Wonderland theme was super creative and so much fun! They put just as much effort into their costumes as their playing. Way to go girls! Keep up that KB spirit!!

KB 14U Silver takes third place overall at the USSSA The Last Stand! Beautiful weather and a breath taking sunset made a perfect setting for the last tournament of the fall season. These girls battled hard and are looking forward to all of the spring season tournments! They’re eager to get back on the diamond. Great fall season ladies! Keep up the hard work!

KB 12U Silver At The ASA Flame Invite Fall 2018

KB 12U Silver took 1st in their bracket at the 2018 USSSA Ghost & Goblins! They also took home the best costume award with their Wizard of Oz and Witches theme! Tons of spirit combined with two days of playing hard and having fun. Congrats girls!

12U Silver took 1st Place at the 2018 USSSA Last Stand Tournament in Lynnwood! They swept through the tournament at 5-0, defeating fellow teammates KB 12u Purple for the title.

KB 12U Silver 2019 USSSA Cupid Classic B Bracket Champions! These girls played hard all weekend long. Bracket day was full of team spirit, heart and determination. They rallied and battled back for the win in a championship game that was bursting with fun and excitement! Congratulations girls!

KB 12U Silver takes 2nd Place A Bracket at the 2019 USSSA Northend Opener! These girls battled hard all the way to the championship game. The fun and excitement continued during the championship game where it eventually went to the international tie breaker after 6 innings. It was a close and heated battle where the girls eventually lost 5-4. The girls played their hearts out and left it all on the field going 4-1 overall at the tournament. Fantastic effort and teamwork! Congratulations Ladies!

KB 12U Silver at NSA Ice Breaker Spring 2019! The girls battled hard through 6 games including some rain and fierce winds. Focus, team spirit and fun drove this competition all weekend long. What a way to officially “Break The Ice” for the season! Great job ladies!

KB 12U Silver NSA May Day Invite Tournament Champions! These girls crushed it taking 1st place and going 5-0 at the NSA May Day Invite by playing with focus, discipline and determination. These ladies battled hard all weekend pulling together an unbelievable team effort that propelled them to a fun-filled, tense and competitive championship game! Congratulation ladies! Keep up the hard work!

KB 12U Silver takes 2nd Place in the Silver Bracket at NSA Sterling! These girls had a long weekend of playing softball through rain and sun. That certainly didn’t stop the fun on and off the field! They battled hard through two days of pool play making it to the silver bracket championship game on the third day. The championship game was tense and filled with a lot of grit and determination. After making it to 8 innings with the international tie breaker, the girls eventually lost to a team that also battled their hearts out. Congrats ladies! Keep up the the great teamwork!

KB 12U Silver battled hard to take 2nd Place at the ASA Seatac Metro Championship! These girls showed up to this tournament with focus and determination. Their bats were on fire from the first moment they stepped onto the field! Hard hits were a theme for these girls this weekend. They were attacking the ball and spraying it across the diamond! Put this together with solid defense and the girls went 4-1 for the weekend. They marched all the way to the championship game on Sunday and battled a formidable opponent. Despite losing in the championship game, these girls left everything they had on the field and earned the respect of their opponent. Lots of smiles and laughter as they received their medals and hardware! Keep crushing it ladies! Congratulations and keep up all the hard work, focus and determination!!

KB 12U Silver takes 5th place at the NSA State Tournament in Tri-Cities! These girls battled hard to take 5th place out of 32 teams. After losing their first game and dropping into the losers bracket they proceeded to win the next 6 in a row. Their focus and effort was second to none. They combined stellar defense along with some hot bats to battle their way to 5th place. What an accomplishment! Keep having fun and keep up the exceptional teamwork! Congrats ladies!
