We are looking for coaches who want to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow in the game themselves.

Whether you are an experienced coach or a former collegiate player looking to begin your coaching journey, KB Fastpitch provides the structure, support, and community to help coaches succeed.

Currently looking for 10U and 12U Coaches. We have a full tryout roster and would love to find leaders for these teams.

Former collegiate players are encouraged to apply, but playing experience is not required.

COACH EXPECTATIONS

All KB coaches are expected to:

uphold KB Fastpitch policies and Code of Conduct
support athlete safety and positive team culture
complete required background screening
complete SafeSport/PCA-related training requirements
communicate professionally with athletes and families
