TRAINING AT THE HIVE

The HIVE is KB Fastpitch’s dedicated indoor training facility, providing year-round access to focused, high-quality development opportunities.

The HIVE supports individual skill work, team practices, and conditioning in a controlled, athlete-centered environment.

Development Comes First

At KB Fastpitch, long-term player development is our top priority.

We focus on teaching strong fundamentals, positional versatility, and game awareness appropriate to each age level.

Athletes are encouraged to grow at their own pace while being challenged to improve continuously.

Success at KB is measured not only by wins, but by progress, confidence, and readiness for the next level, including high school softball and beyond.

Positive Coaching

KB coaches follow the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), creating an environment that balances encouragement with accountability.
